If there's one word to describe Ladies First Heating its INTEGRITY. We had the unfortunate experience of the carpet installation guys damaging our radiant heat, causing a severe leak and losing heat to two of our bedrooms. The leak was of course discovered with the first big chill a couple weeks ago, and we needed to stop the flooding and get the heat on ASAP. AnnaLynn was quick to respond and was confident she could fix it. Though as she got into the process, it became clear how convoluted and dated our boiler system is under our house, and the job went from a quick fix to a full project. Despite the challenges of having to learn our system on the fly, a muddy swamp in the crawlspace and several trips to the parts store, AnnaLynn always kept her composure and professionalism, and made sure we had heat for the night. She even offered to have our carpets cleaned afterward since there was no avoiding some mud making it into the house! A couple of days later, the initial bedroom repair began leaking again, and the fitting had failed. I shot AnnaLynn a text letting her know it was at it again, without hesitation she offered to come back out a no charge to refit the repair, and said she could be out tomorrow afternoon. Note: That meant she came out on a Sunday, free of charge, to make sure the repair was refitted and that we were taken care of. While the repair was expensive since it spiraled beyond the initial damage, the value we received from this kind of personal treatment is well worth the cost. We didn't have to argue with a call center, deal with complicated scheduling or wonder when in the "arrival window" the tech might show up like you do with the bigger outfits in town. The world is complicated enough, AnnaLynn made it simple.
I contacted Ladies First Heating and Cooling approximately two weeks ago to schedule an annual maintenance appointment for my furnace. I'm so glad that I did! AnnaLynn, owner and operator of Ladies First Heating and Cooling, was immediately responsive, friendly, and courteous. On the day of my appointment, AnnaLynn arrived in timely manner, thoroughly cleaned my furnace, and ensured that it is in a tip-top running condition for the cold months ahead. I'm such a satisfied first-time customer that I plan to schedule an annual maintenance appointment with Ladies First Heating and Cooling in the Spring for my central air conditioning unit! AnnaLynn is very knowledgeable, well-experienced, and provides straightforward customer service. I can see why she and her company have earned rave reviews on Google and an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau!
I went with Ladies1st for the first time in 2020. And have been a loyal customer since. AnnaLynn, the company owner saved me from making a very expensive mistake. 2 other top rated, well known competitors both tried to upsell me on purchasing a new unit. "leak testing & repairs will cost thousands" they said. Ladies1stHVAC found a bad (leaking) shrader valve and had my AC back in working condition in 1 visit for the cost of show up and refrigerant re-charge. I have since used ladies 1st for the following work, and have been satisfied every visit. -Permitted & Relocated my HVAC to enable my basement remodel -Added rough in duct work for my basement re-model -trouble shoot faulty air conditioner, found a bad condensate pump where the float wasn't telling the pump to run so it was shutting my AC off. All work has been priced very well. I feel like AnnaLynn is very knowledgeable, responsive and is clearly very experienced.

What stood out the most was her genuine respect toward anyone she worked with, making everyone feel comfortable and heard throughout the entire process. I contacted Ladies First Heating and Cooling. We exchanged messages and They were able to give me an estimate for repair my older furnace. They also were able to come very quickly to perform a full inspection despite travel advisories.
The service provided was excellent. The technician explained what was going on using terms a novice like me could understand. As part of the explanation was detailing what my future options for my older system would be.
I would recommend their services to any homeowner.

AnnaLynn was able to come out a week after I called her. The service was prompt and quick. She beat out competitors in price and she was able to install a full new furnace and A/C in no time. She even expanded my upstairs intake to better circulate air in my house. She was open and straight forward with suggestions and any extra costs that incurred as the installation was happening (we found out we needed a wifi thermostat in our house). A++ would recommend and use again.
I have an old house, and last winter it would get down into the 50s even when the furnace was working nonstop. I didnt know what I needed, but I knew I needed something! Annalynn came over and checked everything out. She advised me to get some new ductwork, especially on the returns. This winter was so much better! It never got that cold inside, and our heating bills came down a lot. I recommend her work very highly! Responsive, knows her stuff, cares about her customers. Give her a call!
Ladies First Heating and Cooling installed our new air conditioning system and replaced our heating system 18 months ago. We were very satisfied and have recommended them on several ocassions. They were very professional from first contact through finishing the job. Pros:Affordable, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Cons:We wish they provided more than Heating and Air conditioning services because it is hard to find this kind of professionalism with contractors in general…
My residential furnace had not been serviced in several years. I received good advice on replacing the filter and the furnace was thoroughly cleaned. In addition, I didn't realize the humidifier was not functioning. The filter was cleaned and the unit replaced. This was all done for a very reasonable cost. I felt I received reasonable alternatives and a clear explanation of the work to be done. I will definitely use Ladies First Heating and Cooling again.
I have an old furnace and got high estimates to clean/repair. I got Ladies First Heating and Cooling Heating & Air from Tom Martino List and received a better and affordable estimate. The work was done professionally and Jeff went above and beyond my expectation of services to ensure my furnace worked perfectly. Jeff came out to service our air conditioner. He was very flexible with scheduling and we were very pleased with his ability to explain the problem we had with the breaker involved. He promptly replaced the damaged breaker and advised us about the issues that might be a problem in the future. He was very knowledgeable about the system’s operation. We would highly recommend him to neighbors in the future.

Jeff installed a new furnace for me in 2004. He did it right, correcting an old system, explaining along the way what he was doing. I’ve had no problems with it in all these years. Yesterday he came out and did a yearly check of the furnace. He was on time, focused and friendly. He is my go-to-guy for all things heating and cooling!
Great furnace install!! we had been dragging our feet getting a new furnace until we met our heater professional, Jeff. He told us what we could do in our price range, within a week we had HEAT!! Jeff at Ladies First Heating and Cooling installed a GFA whole home furnace and air conditioner for us about three years ago and has done yearly maintenance on our system.
